A quick little makeup haul | MAC,Smashbox

Good day everyone!,
Recently I picked up a few items from MAC and Smashbox,so I wanted to share my thoughts about them :).
  • The first item is MAC Studio sculpt foundation.
I just can't believe I've never tried it before!.This thing beats even my all time favorite Nars sheer glow foundation.I don't have a bad thing to say about it.It most importantly doesn't look caky on the skin, doesn't make it oily or dry throughout the day,the creamy formula blends really nicely and doesn't leave strokes or anything. The shade matches my skin tone really well and the coverage is really nice just with one thin layer or you can built it up.This foundation is gel-based,so it leaves really nice satin finish. Moreover it doesn't really have smell and I love it!.Although I am still experimenting with it and different brushes,I think that this foundation will be my favorite for a long, looooooooong time!.

  • The second item is MAC Prep+Prime highlighter in lightboost.
Again, magic in a pen!.It efficiently brightens and adds radiance to the under eye area. Also goes on really nice and smooth.I like to use it after I put on foundation and if I really want that lightboost,I add my Laura Mercier secret camouflage on top.

  • The third product is MAC pigment in vanilla.
I swear if you don't have it,you have to get it!.I was always struggling to find the perfect white eyeshadow, that really makes a nice base for almost every look. Most white eyeshadows doesn't have the pigmentation and that is the most important thing. So I picked up this vanilla pigment and it literally solved all my problems and I will not even bother finding anything better than this, because I believe it's the best! :D.

  • Last but not least Smashbox color correcting primer.
I was always using clear primers, but I decided to try the color correcting one and I can say that they are much better, because not only they create a perfect canvas for foundation, but also evens out the skin tone and defies dark spots. My skin sometimes look really dull,so I picked up an apricot-toned primer. There also was the green one, which reduces redness, but that green just scares me!.I just feel that it won't blend that well and I will be walking down the streets looking like Shrek! :D.

Please let me know if you tried any of these products and share you suggestions on what I should try next.Love you.
