Thinking about leaving university | Life update

Hello everyone,it's been a while since I posted on my blog.I will try to explain why.
So my last post was about exam stress. Now I would like to talk about what happens when you get accepted to what you think is your "dream study programme".Just a little disclaimer that it might just be me,struggling so hard,I know that it's supposed to be amazing the whole student life and all the benefits that come from it.You are starting a new chapter of your life, start becoming an independent grown up that's responsible for very decision you make in your life. You find new friends that might be for life, that will love you and you are going to have the best time of your life.Or that was what I thought. But it wasn't like that at all for me.I've been on such an exhausting journey.
From the first week when I moved to another city and took my first steps in a new learning space my life became a struggle.First it was a struggle to get used to new city, new people,to not having anybody you love around you. Then it was a struggle to get used to new teachers and getting used to high pressure and a lot of work, planning everyday life and taking some time off for you,to relax,to unwind.Planning your finance, planing trips home to visit your family and friends and et cetera.
My only advice before you make a decision to move to a foreign city to study is to really think about everything that you will have to face and prepare for it.Again it might just be me that this journey was too hard to handle for and by any means I am not saying that you will not have the best time of your life when you move out.
Anyway,I gave up.I left university and thought of a new plan that I now implement. It was a hard decision to make ,to disappoint everyone and myself also, but I think it will be better now.I am accomplishing my dream of becoming a Professional Makeup Artist. If you are interested please stick around and follow me on my new chapter of life.I will try to post a lot more frequently here. Love you lots.xx.

Exam stress

Hello everyone,
I know that a lot of you are having exams soon, including myself and I know that it can get extremely stressful, really quickly. But recently I decided to stop a little bit and take it easier.Parents usually always say that exams are the most important thing, when actually they are not !.I don't even understand how all these things that you've been learning for years, can determine the rest of your life.I am not saying that exams are not necessary at all, but I for sure know that they are not for everyone !. Of course if you are applying to the university, good marks are necessary to enter, but you have to understand that they are not the most important thing in life! Those results won't determine your happiness and everything...I know that most of the people work in completely different jobs than what they've been studying for in the university. And those who got the best marks, not necessarily have the best jobs.
What I am trying to say is that you should take exams easier and not stress yourself out as much. They will go by quickly, but stress can do a huge damage for your health without you even noticing it.Take some time for yourself each day and don't forget to enjoy life.Good luck everyone!.See you soon !!

My favorite smells | Perfume

Hello girls,

How are you doing?.I am waiting for spring and warm weather !!.I want to pull out my spring clothes, shoes and perfume.Today I want to show you my 5 favorite smells at the moment.
On more busy days, when I want the smell to last a bit longer and smell a bit stronger,I use perfume:
Hugo Boss Orange,Armani diamonds or Idole d'Armani.

  • My absolute favorite is Idole d'Armani. The smell is spicy, but also fresh. When I spray it on ,I instantly feel strong, self confident and independent.Love it!
  • Emporio Armani Diamonds is also a very delicious smell. The top notes are litchi, raspberry, woods and amber.
  • Hugo Boss orange smell is really warm and cosy. The fresh notes are sweet apples, the chord of white and orange blossoms, vanilla and sandalwood and a basic touch of olive wood.Very sweet!
On the lazy days I mostly just use light fragrance mists. My favorite smells at the moment are from Victorias secret: Love spell and fresh sorbets. Both are lovely.

Let me know if you have some delicious perfume suggestions.See you very soon .

Not supportive parents | Anxiety-depressive disorder

Hello everyone, today I want to talk about obstacles in life and when everything gets a bit too much.We are all people with emotions and of course everybody is in different situations.Because every person is unique we all handle everything differently.I am a sensitive person and I was quite an anxious kid too,so that haven’t helped growing up at all.To be honest, there were some days or even weeks, when I just got home and cried, just cried and then I got to wonder,if that's a normal thing or I just overreact .But I think that crying relieves some of the pain. The best thing you can do in tough situations is just talk to people, that are close to you, that you are 100% comfortable with, but not everybody have that people in their lives.I was one of those kids. The only person that I was comfortable with talking about my fears and problems was my sister, but she moved out of the house to a different country when I was a kid.My dad also works abroad since I was about 5,so there always was just me and my mom.Of course I talk with my sister when she comes home or on the phone, but that's not the same as in person and I am blessed to have her in my life, because I know that she understands me and always supports me.My dad and my mum,I will admit, they are not supportive parents. The only thing that can justify my dad is that he was never really with me as I said, but I also never saw his interest in me even from the phone calls. He sometimes asks me how am I,but when I try to explain how I feel,it looks like he just doesn't hear me.And my mother is just all about herself ,she never cared about how me or my sister feels. As we say,we are thankful basically just for the material support, but we never had psychological support from her.So my biggest issue growing up was not having supportive parents. And life was really hard for me because of that, especially when I was a kid, because I was too afraid to talk to my friends about my feelings,so I felt really alone in life. And I sometimes feel like that now too.It doesn’t matter how old we are,but we always need support or just normal communication with our family. But I know that this will never change. My parents were like that since my sister was a little girl and she always tried to talk to them, tried to change the way they think and then she gave up.I also tried to explain how I feel and tried to communicate ,but they just don’t understand the problem,it looks like they don't even listen,so now I gave up too and I feel sorry for the time I wasted trying to change people who don't even want to change and don’t understand how they are affecting their children lives.I was never heard by my parents and constantly felt that my feelings are detracted,so over time I just began to hide them.I think that that added to the fact that a few years ago I was diagnosed with anxiety-depressive disorder. It’s really hard for me to communicate with people in person,it’s scary and hard for me to express my opinion to others, because I am scared that people will laugh at me or they will not understand me.I always feel anxious and insecure around more people or in public in general.Even though I always try to look happy, sometimes inside I don't feel like that at all.
Now I am trying to be as happy as I can.I try to go out more and meet new people and I am trying to overcome my fears.I am giving all my time and effort now  to become financially independent from anyone and hope to be moving out in the very near future as I definitely need to get away and have a new, fresh start. We have this one life and we definitely need to make the most of it and we need get out of toxic relationships. I don’t know if I’ve managed to express my feelings and I know that this isn’t the worst thing and some people have much more serious problems. But I just wanted to write this post, because I know that some people don't have supportive parents too and I want to help some of you understand that you are not alone. Please write me an email if you have some questions or if you just want to tell me your story,I will be glad to hear it.Please remember that you are not alone.I feel for you.

The AMAZING Beauty blender

Hello my lovely makeup lovers, how are you all doing? Sorry for not posting for a while, recently I was very busy and I don't want to rush my blog posts,I like to make them as good as I can.So today I am back with a review of the AMAZING,the INCREDIBLE,one and only the original Beauty blender! I think you can already tell how I feel about it,I love it !

When I first tried it I was astonished! I have never thought that a sponge like that can make such a huge difference in makeup application.Although it is a little bit pricey,it's definitely worth every penny. It lasts for a really long time if you take a good care of it.Now I found myself grabbing this sponge for everything: foundation, concealer, under eye brightener, contouring and highlighting products...
The Beauty blender is also really easy to use.I just put it under running water and squeeze for a few times, then I put it in a paper towel and squeeze for a couple times to make sure that no water is coming out and the sponge is ready to create miracles !
I absolutely recommend everyone to try it!
Let me know your thoughts on the Beauty blender and I will see you next time, goooooood byeeeee! ♡♡♡

Go AWAY spots!

Good hello guys,

How are you all doing? :). Today I decided to write about the best product that I have found yet to fight blemishes.Recently I've been breaking out quite a bit, because of the stress and everything thats going on in my life. There are a lot of reasons that cause breaking out, especially if you have oily skin, like stress, hormones, bad diet, lack of sleep, bad skincare and so on... It is really important to clean and exfoliate your skin,to get rid of all the bacteria, excess oils, extra makeup that is stuck in your pores throughout the day.Taking a good care of the skin is really important, but there are things going on in our bodies that cause blemishes, that we can't control.
So at the moment I see a pimple brewing,I take the Eve Lom dynaspot treatment to help me!.This treatment is my life saver !. It is creamy formula and you can also use it under or over makeup, because it's subtly tinted to suit all skin tones, which is perfect!.This emergency treatment is formulated with tea tree oil, salicylic acid, zinc oxide and camomile to help tackle spots as soon as they appear.Zinc oxide helps to control sebum production, camomile reduces redness and inflammation around the blemish, tea tree oil and salicylic acid also works as natural antiseptics.
This cream works really good for me,it diminishes blemishes without drying out the skin.I suggest you to try it. :)
Love ♡.

My trip to Norway

Hello sweethearts,
Today I want to tell you a little bit about my trip to Norway.A few weeks ago I went on a short holiday to Norway.I've never been there,so I was very excited!.I just can't believe what a beautiful country it is!.I would like to see it in the summer, but I bet in the winter it is way more magical.I don't even know how to describe the views I saw,it was like a winter wonderland from movies. It would be perfect if eyes could caption those landscapes,so I could show you.I tried to take as good photos as I could, but it's not even near reality....(I really need to buy a new camera...Any suggestions?).Every tree was frosted, everything was covered in snow, the mountains looked so amazing!.Unfortunately it was very cold, about -20 degrees celsius... a little bit too cold...
I visited a lot of small cities.Norway is a very interesting country, because all the smaller cities, besides Oslo, reminds me of villages, roads are surrounded by the fields.Basically there are a lot of nature!.
Norway is a perfect place to relax and run away from the city uproar. It is a really calm country, there isn't a lot of action happening or maybe it's just because I went there on holiday time.
I visited a few main museums and other beautiful places : Holmenkollen Ski Museum, Norwegian Folk Museum,Vikingskipshuset,The Royal Palace,Oslo Opera House and others. It was really interesting to learn a little bit more about the country and it's history.
Over all it was nice to visit this extraordinary country and relax a little bit.Highly suggest you to visit Norway in the winter!.
I've put up a few pictures for you, hope you enjoy!.

New year,new me!

Hello,

January - the perfect time to begin to do things, that we didn’t had enough time to do last year.We can remember our old set,but never achieved goals.Everything begins with our mind, more accurately-learning how to express our thoughts. When we can’t express our emotions or goals, this is where most of the problems come from.So why not to dedicate this month for cleaning up our head? It is naive to expect, that clearing our thoughts will be easy and pleasant, but it is necessary,if we want to have diversified life and live it to the fullest.Exactly the one, that we all think about every day.In January it is prohibited to think about how unhappy we are.In this month let’s try to analyze the causes and the consequences.
  • Every evening, before going to sleep, remember a few things, that made you happy that day.Just a pleasant chat is enough. Our general sense of well-being consists from simple things.Every single pleasant adventure makes good emotions to remain with us longer.

  • Every morning, when you wake up,think of three things, why you want to get out of the bed today. What are you excited for?.Maybe you bought a new makeup product, that you are desperate to try out doing your morning makeup?.

  • Leave enough time for good night sleep, but make your day long and productive. It’s not a secret, that a person, that didn’t had enough sleep - is an angry person. But don’t let sleep take all your time.Try to wake up earlier than usual .Enjoy your free hour.Dedicate it to things, that you don’t usually have time for.Maybe read a good book,or listen to your favorite music.

Instead of complaining, remember, that only we create our life.Don’t let bad thoughts to ruin it.

Today I wanted to write a bit different blog post, hope you enjoyed!.

A quick little makeup haul | MAC,Smashbox

Good day everyone!,
Recently I picked up a few items from MAC and Smashbox,so I wanted to share my thoughts about them :).
  • The first item is MAC Studio sculpt foundation.
I just can't believe I've never tried it before!.This thing beats even my all time favorite Nars sheer glow foundation.I don't have a bad thing to say about it.It most importantly doesn't look caky on the skin, doesn't make it oily or dry throughout the day,the creamy formula blends really nicely and doesn't leave strokes or anything. The shade matches my skin tone really well and the coverage is really nice just with one thin layer or you can built it up.This foundation is gel-based,so it leaves really nice satin finish. Moreover it doesn't really have smell and I love it!.Although I am still experimenting with it and different brushes,I think that this foundation will be my favorite for a long, looooooooong time!.

  • The second item is MAC Prep+Prime highlighter in lightboost.
Again, magic in a pen!.It efficiently brightens and adds radiance to the under eye area. Also goes on really nice and smooth.I like to use it after I put on foundation and if I really want that lightboost,I add my Laura Mercier secret camouflage on top.

  • The third product is MAC pigment in vanilla.
I swear if you don't have it,you have to get it!.I was always struggling to find the perfect white eyeshadow, that really makes a nice base for almost every look. Most white eyeshadows doesn't have the pigmentation and that is the most important thing. So I picked up this vanilla pigment and it literally solved all my problems and I will not even bother finding anything better than this, because I believe it's the best! :D.

  • Last but not least Smashbox color correcting primer.
I was always using clear primers, but I decided to try the color correcting one and I can say that they are much better, because not only they create a perfect canvas for foundation, but also evens out the skin tone and defies dark spots. My skin sometimes look really dull,so I picked up an apricot-toned primer. There also was the green one, which reduces redness, but that green just scares me!.I just feel that it won't blend that well and I will be walking down the streets looking like Shrek! :D.

Please let me know if you tried any of these products and share you suggestions on what I should try next.Love you.

Hair care month | Bumble and bumble

Hello ,
First of all Merry Christmas Everyone!.Hope you all are having a wonderful time with your families and I hope that your holidays are filled with joy and happiness, because these are the most important things in life :).
Today I want to talk to you about a few products from this brand called Bumble and Bumble.I just recently bought a few products to try and I loved every single one of it!.
  • Creme de coco shampoo. This is one of a few shampoos that actually makes my hair feel soft and hydrated.Because it's key ingredients : coconut and murumuru butters, this product helps to restore softness and improve flexibility. It didn't render my hair feeling greasy or flat. This luxurious cleanser is very nourishing,a little bit goes a long way and the smell is just a-m-a-z-i-n-g !
  • Thickening conditioner.I have quite thick, mildly wavy hair,so it's sometimes hard for me to find products that really add volume.Have you seen the key ingredients? All that protein really helps to add some thickness!.I wouldn't say it helps to tame frizzy ends, but it definitely moisturizes and satisfies craving for fullness.
  • Prep spray.I use primers for my face, but I have never thought about using it for my hair and after trying this product I saw that just like with makeup,it makes a huge difference!.This spray makes my hair more manageable when styling, optimizes ability to work with other styling aids, while strengthening and protecting the hair.Ingredients like Vitamin H,Hops and Sea Kelp really helps my hair to be stronger and shinier.
  • Surf spray.I don't have much time or patience for hairstyling anymore.I'm also trying to rehab my damaged hair and with this product I'm able to avoid any heat styling and still achieve a look. It adds body and the salt in it makes my hair looking sexy, like I just came from Hawaiian beach!.
See you soon!

Hair care month | Oils

Hello,
While wondering how I can entertain you this time,I decided to do a hair care month!. So basically for a month I will be writing about different hair care products that I regularly repurchase. It would be nice if you shared your opinion or if you have some ideas.Today I will review my favorite hair oils.

  • First one and my all time favorite is Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum

This serum smoothes, conditions and seals split ends, leaving hair silky, shiny and frizz-free in any weather.Lightweight silicones smoothes hair without feeling heavy, adds shine and speeds up drying time. Also the unique complex has thermal protecting ingredients. The smell is kinda fruity, very yummy!.I use a pea size drop, rub it in between my palms and put on towel dried hair.I also like to put tiny bit after I finish styling. This serum makes my hair manageable, smooth and soft.I have purchased it many times and will continue to do so!!
  • Kerastase nutritive oleo-relax serum

Shorea and palm oils detangles, provides smoothness, tames rebellious hair.Kérastase Sérum Oléo-Relax is formulated with Nutri-Huile Complex and anti-frizz protection formula which work to smooth and nourish dry, frizzy, unmanageable hair. This has done wonders for my hair which was practically dead from my hair straightener. The serum itself has a really strong rosy scent. Also be careful not to use too much!.
  • Caudalie divine oil

Not unnecessarily called miracle oil. This o
il is an indulgent treat for dry skin, hair and nails. The unique blend of natural oils restores skin. It leaves skin dramatically softer. The light, dry oil formula sinks into the skin super quickly. Not a big fan of the fragrance, but still tolerable.A bit on the pricey side, but its multi-purpose and lasts ages,so definitely recommend it!
  • Garnier fructis wonder oil

A much cheaper alternative to those three wonderful oils, but still the best one that I have found in a drugstore.I really appreciate that they used argan oil, because it is definitely one of the best oils you can use for your hair.T
his product keeps its promises and makes your hair a lot softer. And I should mention that the smell is really good!.

Let me know if you tried any of these products and if you liked it.I will see you very, very soon.!

DIY organic face mask

Hello,

When I look deeper in actual properties of products used since ancient times like clay,I often doubt if I should buy already made products from shops with all the chemicals in it.So today I want to share with you my favorite DIY organic face mask.I use Organic minced Ghassoul clay, organic argan oil and organic tea tree oil.
For this mask you have to choose clay and essential oils that are best for your skin type.Ghassoul clay is Moroccan clay from the Atlas mountains. This unique clay is irreplaceable for oily to combination, acne prone skin.It lifts dirt and oil excess from the skin surface, cleans pores. You can use Ghassoul clay not just for your face but also for your hair and whole body.
How to make this mask : just grab a leakproof container and simply mix clay of your choice with a splash of water and a few drops of each of your selected essential oils and your mask is ready to use!.Wet your face a little bit, apply a thick layer of mask, wait for 10 minutes and wash off.I use this mask once a week and it improved my skin so much!.
Let me know if you decided to try it yourself.

My current skincare routine

Hello,
Today I decided to share with you my current skincare routine.(my skin is combination type). That is what I usually use to keep my skin healthy and fresh feeling.I tried a lot of products on my skin, but I go back to these all the time!.

  • The first thing that I do after I wipe all my makeup off is clean my skin with CLARISONIC.Now with this device I had love hate relationship. When I first tried it I used brush head for the normal skin and I noticed that my skin got really dry,so I bought sensitive brush head and that one is perfect for me!.I regularly use sensitive brush head, but once a week I switch to deep pore cleansing one.I really do love my Clarisonic, because it makes my skin feel so much softer and healthier,I get less spots and my pores don't clog that quick.

  • And with Clarisonic I use THE BODY SHOP Tea tree facial wash. This wash is so refreshing,my skin feels so soft and clean after using it.And tea tree oil helps to heel spots quicker without drying out the skin.

  • Really important step after cleansing is to use very good moisturizer, especially when weather is getting colder our skin gets dehydrated and dry very quickly. My all time favorite moisturizer is CLINIQUE Dramatically different lotion.I love it,because it doesn't have fragrance and texture is really nice, doesn't feel thick on the skin.

That was my daily skincare routine and now I will talk about products that I use on my skin once a week:

  • I think that exfoliating once a week is enough to help clear spots and blackheads and fade imperfection marks.I found that this GARNIER scrub works really good on my skin,I used loads of tubes of this and I would actually like to try something new,so if you have any suggestions, please comment below or tweet me.

Sorry for yucky bottle

  • I like to use NIVEA strips for my T-Zone areas (nose, chin and forehead) to clear from blocked dirt,oil,make-up residue and blackheads. These strips help me to keep the skin looking refined and fresh.
  • My recently discovered favorite face mask is DR.ORGANIC Organic Dead Sea Minerals Bio-Plasma Mud Mask. This face treatment works with regulating oil ,detoxifying and anti-aging.It has dead sea minerals which protect the skin from infections and allergies, retain moisture and can help cleanse and remove impurities from the skin. This mask leaves my skin so soft!.(not gonna lie, when I first put it on I got so scared, because it heats up and tingles a little bit... :D )

See you next time ♡.

BHcosmetics haul | Palettes

Hello everyone,
Finally I received my package from BHcosmetics !!.And girl can you say I am excited!!!. I ordered 3 palettes, because I heard great things about them and the colours just looked incredible!.
  • The first one is GALXY CHIC BAKED EYESHADOW PALETTE.It consists of 18 amazingly pigmented sparkling colours. This palette is really eye-catching,because of its unique theme - planets of the universe. It is out of this world. Its so beautiful!.Im so in love with it!.Some of these colors are marbled, they have more of a pearl finish to them than a glitter or metallic. And palette itself is really pretty!.

  • The second one is WILD CHILD BAKED EYESHADOW PALETTE.It has nine totally gorgeous baked eyeshadows. And its great whether you want to create more dramatic or neutral look.Once again colour pigmentation is just crazy and eyeshadows are so smooth they just glide on!.

Sadly one of the colours came broken, but thats okay :)

  • And the last one is called EYES ON THE '60s EYESHADOW PALETTE.It includes thirty vibrant eyeshadows in matte and shimmer finishes. The variety of colours is impressive!.I believe you can create any look with this palette!.

Over all I can't believe how good the prices are for how amazing these eyeshadows are. And they say it is paraben and oil free,non-irritating,clinically and allergy tested too, which makes them even better!.
Tell me if you want me to do swatches of all these colours for you.

Sleek makeup haul ♥

Hello girls,
A few days ago I ordered a couple of makeup products from SLEEK and I just fell in love with them! ♡. To be honest I am trying SLEEK for the first time, but I thought about it ages ago.The products are not pricey at all and the quality is incredible! The items I bought are : Face contour kit in light, blush in pomegranate and sheen lipstick in baby doll. All the products have amazing pigmentation. The lipstick looks really pretty, natural with pink flush of color for every day makeup. The face contour kit has a perfect highlighter, which doesn't have that heavy glitter. And product that I was the most excited for - blush.I really wanted a blush in that deeper plum-pomegranate shade.I finally got one and I just love it!

Tell me about your favourite autumn makeup products.I will see you very very soon.♡
